Darcy David-Sullivan, a Minnesota native, has been involved in the Naples real estate market since 1997 in various sales and banking positions. Prior to becoming a REALTOR®, she was a Marketing Executive for Midwest Title Company, Naples’ second largest title insurance provider. During that time she also served as a Board Member of the Marketing Council of the Collier Building Industry Association. Her intimate knowledge of the Naples area market, the building community, and the inner workings of a real estate transaction make the sales and closing process smooth and efficient for her clients.
Her husband, Franklin Sullivan, is a graduate of The Choate School, has a BA in Economics from Harvard University and a MBA in Marketing from the University of Chicago. He was the senior sales and marketing executive of a $10 billion global manufacturer headquartered in Paris France prior to his retirement in December 2000. He brings an unmatched blend of global marketing expertise, a twenty-seven year history of relationships with the captains of American and European industry, and connections with the highest levels of East Coast society that have proven to be of immense value when selecting and marketing high-end properties. Mr. Sullivan is a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI), has received his Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) designation, and was given the REALTOR® Rising Star of the Year Award in 2002 by the Naples Area Board of Realtors. He speaks conversational German and French.
