Buyer's Representation
Why should you use an Accredited Buyer's Representative?
1. A Buyer's Representative has a fiduciary relationship and responsibility to you and no others. A Buyer's Representative is 100% loyal to you, 100% of the time.
2. Only a Buyer's Representative can assure you 100% confidentiality. The selling agent at an open house, the one listed in an advertisment or flyer, or the sales person at a new community represents the seller, not you, and is required by law to get the best deal for the seller even if it means sharing personal or financial information you shared inadvertently with them, even if it is the highest price you are willing to pay!
3. You will receive priority attention and effort.
4. A Buyer's Representative will not disclose your identity to the seller, a definite advantage if you, the buyer, are a high-profile individual.
5. An Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) has received special real estate training specifically focused on helping the buyer.
6. A Buyer's Representative will expose you to the whole market, not just properties listed in the Multiple Listing Service. They will even canvas owners in your desired community or building to see if they are interested in selling.
7. Having an exclusive Buyer's Representative agreement keeps other real estate agents from "bugging" you as you go about your property search.
8. The Buyer's Representative doesn't get paid unless they find you the right property and help to successfully close the transaction. And, best of all, they get paid by the seller!
